By working with Eva to sell or purchase a home, you are changing the lives of children around the world while also supporting our local families and communities!

Eva gives over 10% of her income on each and every real estate transaction to World Vision, Feed Tri-Valley, and other local charities throughout the Bay Area.

Upon the close of escrow, her clients are presented with a framed photo of the child whose life they changed, and/or information regarding the community they supported.

Eva’s goal is to someday change the lives of hundreds of children and families! She keeps photos of the lives she and her clients have touched on her office walls as motivation!
